Course Objectives This course examines the court structure in Turkey, evidence, burden of proof, means of proof including written instruments, witnesses, oath and expert evidence, effect of judgements, and enforcement procedures.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Evaluate the concepts of interim decisions, final decisions and final judgment.
  • Examine judicial decisions and apply them in the settlement of concrete disputes.
  • Classify temporary legal protection measures.
  • Discuss the process of remedies.
  • Propose other dispute resolution methods such as state judiciary and mediation for the resolution of disputes.
Course Description Burden of proof, means of proof, effect of judgements and enforcement procedures, interim and conservatory measures, mediation, arbitration.
